Cypress & Grove Brewing

Each Monday night, at 5:45 pm, students of all ages, backgrounds, and experiences come together to practice in one of the beautiful event spaces at Cypress & Grove Brewing Co. The class is guided by rotating YogaLoka teachers, ensuring a diverse, all-levels experience each week. Often, live musicians soundtrack the classes for an extra special treat!

Alachua County Libraries

YogaLoka offers several weekly classes at the Alachua County libraries. Each Friday from 12:00-12:45 p.m., the Headquarters branch holds a gentle yoga class. At 10:30 a.m. on Tuesdays, the class is held at the Partnership Branch. A gentle Yin Yoga class runs from 1:00-1:45 on Fridays at the Alachua Branch. Bring a mat if possible. If not, we have extras you can borrow or take home!

Wildflowers Yoga at Tom Petty Park

This class slogan is "For the community, by the community." YogaLoka has teamed up with Wildflowers Yoga to host a free all-levels flow taught by rotating volunteers from the community. The hour-long class is held at Tom Petty Park on Saturdays at 8:30 am. Check out the Facebook page "Wildflowers Yoga at Tom Petty Park" for updates/cancellations.

Thelma A. Boltin Center

We like to think of this Friday night class as one of the seeds of community yoga through YogaLoka. Taught by Program Director Liz Getman, this 5:30 pm gentle flow is appropriate for all bodies, ages, and yoga experience levels. The cost is $1 for ages 50+ or for those with limited financial means, $3 for students, and a general price of $5.

Pride Community Center

On the last Sunday of each month at 12 p.m., we host a free yoga class at the Pride Center of North Central Florida. This is an inclusive and accessible yoga class designed for all bodies and all people. This 60-minute class is open to all those who identify as LGBTQ+ and allies to the community.

St. Pete Community Classes
